The Grand Hyatt and Hyatt regency have joined hands with Bahria Town management for establishing Grand Hyatt hotel in Pakistan. These will be a total of four hotels in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.
Bahria Town will be the owner of these four hotels. Peter Norman is the senior VP for acquisitions and development Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, and Middle East. He says that they are looking forward to the opening of these with the Bahria Town. Malik Riaz is the Chairman of Bahria Town. He says that it is their vision to work with the best to give a positive role for Pakistan’s new era. Malik says this is the new face of Pakistan.
This is quite true as the hospitality industry will surely be revolutionized after this US$600 million investment.
Grand Hyatt Islamabad
Islamabad will have the Grand Hyatt branch to keep up with international standards with top notch services. It will have 400 rooms, seven food and beverage outlets, two ballrooms, seven meeting rooms, a spa and fitness facilities. A kids club and a private club will also be its exclusive addition besides being the 1st ever golf resort in Pakistan. This will open in 203 to facilitate the richest with high standards and services. It will connect directly to Islamabad’s city center and diplomatic area. It would be just a 30 minute drive from the Murree-Islamabad Expressway.
Hyatt Regency Karachi
Moroever, the same year the Hyatt Regency will open as a slightly smaller size variant in Karachi. With 200 rooms, lobby lounge, three-meal restaurants, 1700 sq. ft meeting and event space, the location is yet to be given.
Hyatt Regency Lahore
Furthermore, opening in early 2021, Lahore will see the Hyatt Regency to bring out awesome food and beverages. This will reproduce the Hyatt Regency’s brand history here. It will be a venue for events like weddings, social banquets, exhibitions, meetings, and conferences. However, the hotel will also have food and beverage outlets and tennis courts besides banquet facilities.
Hyatt Regency Rawalpindi
Lastly, to deliver modern traveling and meeting expectations the Hyatt Regency Rawalpindi will follow in 2022. It will have 1100 sq ft with 165 rooms to it. These will also provide the best food and facilities for customers.
