Soneri Bank declared a profit-after-tax of Rs1.175 billion for the half year ended on June 30, 2016, registering an increase of 6.13 per cent over the same period last year.
The bank’s board at its 150th meeting on Tuesday approved the half yearly financial statements. Deposits grew by 9.18pc to Rs202bn. Net advances rose by 3.47pc to Rs115bn. The bank’s net assets (including surplus) stood at Rs18bn as of June 30, 2016.
