Popular Indian film critic and entertainment reporter, Rajeev Masand, penned in his weekly column in Open Magazine that Mr. Khan has signed on with an agent in Hollywood. Furthermore, he mentioned that Fawad Khan is in the process of reading scripts.
Apparently, Khan has mentioned to his friends and colleagues that he is looking to pursue a career in Hollywood as well. It will not be a challenge for him to work in Pakistan along with working in Hollywood.
Previously, Fawad Khan mentioned in the Faiz International Festival that, “If I ever get a chance to work in Hollywood I will surely avail it.” It means that may be the news is real and we may see Mr. Khan in all his glory with the likes of Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone making waves in Hollywood as well.
Fawad Khan started his journey in the entertainment world as a singer. His band’s name was Entity Paradigm (EP). He starred in a few dramas before appearing in Humsafar. Sarmad Khoosat’s, Humsafar, proved to be lucky for Fawad’s career. Fawad and the leading lady Mahira Khan became overnight superstars after this drama. Consequently, Bollywood approached him.
Furthermore, his Bollywood career made him an international star with hits like Kapoor and Sons, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Khoobsurat. He worked with biggest names of Indian Cinema. Judging by his track record, we can expect that he will create magic on the Hollywood screen as well.
