The Wham-group-singer and later solo artist, George Michael dead at 53 is the latest loss that the industry has faced.
He had many hits in the 1980s but died this Sunday at the mere age of 53 according to BBC. He passed away at home without any suspicious chances of his death. The family has requested privacy at this emotional time.
The Thames Valley Police and ambulance service attended Goring in Oxfordshire where Michael lived. They entered at 1342 GMT on Sunday where he confirmed him dead on spot. Police says that death is unexplained but not suspicious while a post-mortem will be under way.
Elton John was deeply shocked as he lost his beloved friend and shared their picture on his Instagram. The deceased was supposed to release his documentary in 2017 as he had hit deadlines for drug-related incidents earlier. Just a month back producer and songwriter Naughty Boy (Shahid Khan) announced working with Michael for the next year’s album.

Michael has been known for his 1980s hits Last Christmas, Freedom, Careless Whisper, and Wake Me Up Before You Go. There are many others of the music world attributed to his name. David Bowie, Rick Parfitt, and now George Michael’s death has made 2016 a dark year for music losses.
Condolences, love, and sympathy has been extended to his family from the band Duran Duran (Wham contemporaries) through Twitter. Besides this, former BBC Radio One disc jockey Tony Blackburn, Canadian musician Bryan Adams also couldn’t believe the tragic news. The US singer La Toya Jackson also tweeted of the amazing talented gift that the world has lost now.
