The kiosk applications are being installed in both domestic and international halls to save passengers’ time and effort. Using the kiosk, you will be able to identify yourself with your passport or ID, confirm flight information, review seat arrangments, print boarding passes. The kiosk also tells you about the checked-in bags.
The availability of kiosks at the airport will greatly enhance the efficiency of operations and improve customer experience. With an increasing number of people using air travel, congestion has become a major problem at all the big airports and kiosks can help reduce it.
The terminals are expected to go online in the near future following the footprints of developed countries that have transformed the operations at their airports.
