To facilitate you in routine repair and maintenance, AutoEitmad is new warranty service by Auto Genie. You can get your car repaired at any workshop for Rs. 7500 with additional 1200 for taxes and also you may opt for semiannual package i.e. Rs.4200 with additional 672 for taxes. This will cover all electrical and mechanical repair and labor would be free, although for the part you will pay.
It will not cover accidental repairs. It is launched in Lahore and once the good response is realized soon it will be launched in other big cities as well.
According to Business Development manager of Auto Genie, Abbas Bakhsh; we will start from Lahore and will expand to Karachi including Islamabad and Faisalabad. In order to qualify for AutoEitmad your car should be:
- Be less than 15 years old.
- Up to 2400 cc.
- Have a total mileage of less than 250,000 km.
- Local and imported cars both qualify but European and British car models are not eligible.
Whenever an issue comes up, simply call autoEtimaad and discuss the problem and where you’d like to get it repaired. A company agent will come in for an inspection and once approved, you can get the work done from any workshop of your choice. Hamza was quick to mention that the inspection can also be waived off. based on various factors like insurance, whether it’s a small job and so on.
