The auto company Prince-DFSK has announced two more variants for its SUV Glory 580T along with the plan to start CKD operations of 1.5L Glory 580T’s auto variant by the mid of 2020.
While the 580T is available in the market, according to the available information, the company is looking to produce it locally as the model’s limited quota of CBU has already been reached and pushing the company to retail the vehicle as a completely knocked down (CKD) unit. It is pertinent to point out that this variant has an automatic transmission.
Currently, the 580T is powered by a 1500CC Turbo engine and with the new variant; it will come in both manual and automatic transmissions. The third variant will have the same features but it will have a 1800CC engine.
While the price for the automatic variant is Rs. 3,750,000 and the booking amount is Rs. 500,000. The delivery for the new variants is 2-3 months while the delivery for the 1500CC automatic version will start from June 2020.
Furthermore, the current price of the 1800CC has been denoted as an introductory price in the notification meaning that the company, in the future, might increase its price.
